Buying through PCG was a pretty solid
Buying through PCG was a pretty solid experience. They took care of everything, from chatting with the seller to setting up personal inspections. They even recommended a third-party inspection, which turned out to be super helpful. They managed all the payment stuff and paperwork too. At first, I was on the fence about their fee, but after seeing how smoothly everything went, it made sense. The one thing they could tweak is their wiring process; the wiring instructions seemed a bit outdated. After I reached out, they confirmed everything was correct, but an update would make things even smoother. Overall, a good experience!

Highly recommend!
I showed up half an hour early for my appointment at the storage facility, thinking I’d have to wait. But nope, they got started right away! The team jumped in to help me unload my car, and when we wrapped up, they even helped me reload the stuff I didn't need to store. Talk about going above and beyond! Super smooth experience!
I was struggling to sell my boat until Provision Consignment Group reached out about representing it. They offered to handle everything—photos, advertising, the works—for a commission only if they found a buyer. Sounded too good to be true, but after checking out some reviews, I decided to give them a shot.
They sent out a trading assistant who knew more about my boat than I did, and he took some great photos and crafted a killer listing. Within a week, I had five offers at my asking price! Their marketing really did the trick
I decided to sell my motorhome and went with Provision Consignment Group. Their marketing really did the trick, attracting lots of interested buyers. A trading assistant came out to take some great photos and met with potential buyers, helping to show off the RV and handle negotiations. Everything went off without a hitch! I was happy with the price it sold for, and the closing and title transfer was a formality. Honestly, if it weren't for PCG, my RV would probably still be sitting in the driveway. Highly recommend them!

The whole thing was surprisingly easy

All I had to do was read and sign...
I was worried buying a boat would be a total headache, but Provision Consignment Group made it. While I was busy selling my house and packing, PCG handled everything for the boat purchase. Steve stepped in and took care of all the details, except for hiring a surveyor. All I had to do was read and sign some emails! I drove to their facility determined to be there for the haul-out, and the process was smooth. After inspecting the boat and wiring the money, it was just a matter of e-signing a few documents. Now, I’m happily living on my boat, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how smooth everything went!

We decided to give them a shot

We spotted a Casita travel trailer
We spotted a Casita travel trailer we absolutely loved on March 4th and jumped at the chance to make an offer, which we signed and submitted the next day. By March 6th, we got a heads-up that another offer had come in and were given the option to raise ours, which we promptly did. However, just two hours later, we found out that the trailer was sold to someone else, and we never got a chance to make another bid. To top it off, we weren’t even notified that our original offer was turned down. It was a bit frustrating to be left hanging like that. I’d still give them 4 stars because they’re otherwise great at what they do...

Everything checked out great
The toughest part was hunting down the perfect jet ski in a hot market. Once we found it, the process was smooth sailing. We made our offer and then the registration held the ski while we handled all the inspections. Everything checked out great, so we closed the deal and took our new jet ski home. Nothing but customer service

Sure, you might think it’s a bit pricey, but trust me, you’ll probably end up with more cash in your pocket by letting them handle the sale. I didn’t end up with the RV of my dreams from PCG, mainly because my budget had other ideas, haha. But they didn’t leave me high and dry. I reached out to Provision Consignment Group to check out a camper, their response was pretty quick. They promised a call that never came, and when I mentioned I wasn’t ready to finance right away—because if I didn’t like the camper, I didn’t want to mess up my credit—they seemed a bit put off. Instead of focusing on the camper I was interested in, they started sending me info on pricier models. Today, I finally got a call, but it felt like they were more interested in pushing a sale than helping me actually see the camper. It felt like they were more focused on closing a deal than making sure I was comfortable with my choice. I’d say they’ve got some good options, but their approach left a bit to be desired. Their customer service could use some fine-tuning...

It took about three weeks
I had my car listed with these guys for a little over two weeks, and during that time, I didn’t get a single offer. I was on a tight schedule to sell, and I never got any updates on what was needed or if there were any offers coming in. I had to reach out twice just to get them to lower the price. They eventually agreed to a price drop, and the car did sell, but it took about three weeks and went for less than I was hoping...

They were really on top of things throughout the whole process. My only thing was that no one was at the storage facility when I went to pick up the ATV, but to be fair, it was a Sunday, so I guess that's on me for not considering their weekend hours. Super smooth experience overall!
Selling my car through Provision Consignment Group was easy. If you’re close to one of their drop-off spots, you can get things moving pretty fast. I reached out via their website around lunchtime, and by the next day, I was handing over my car keys. The attendant who checked out my car was fantastic, really knew their stuff. Everything went without a hitch..
I bought a boat through Provision Consignment Group and had a great experience. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the title transfer took a bit longer than if I'd bought directly from the seller. Still, the overall process was smooth. I’d absolutely do business with them again

PCG website to be pretty user-friendly
I was new to buying through a broker, so it took me a bit to get the hang of things. At first, the info I received about the buying process wasn’t as detailed as I hoped. But I found the PCG website to be pretty user-friendly; just keep scrolling, and you'll come across more detailed info. The ATV I bought was local, but the seller was from out of state. If you’re eyeing something farther away, PCG provides hauling, which seems like a great perk. The rep I worked with was always on hand and ready to help out whenever I had questions. Overall, the experience was good, and I appreciated the support!

Clear about what sells and what doesn’t
They were fantastic to work with—clear about what sells and what doesn’t, and their payment process was quick and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently, but there was a small snag that needed some extra back-and-forth to resolve. Despite that, they’re definitely deserving of a solid four stars!

Overall, it's a four stars!
This place is a goldmine! I’ve found some fantastic items here and have also sent a few of my own that I thought others might enjoy more. We’ve all bought things on a whim that end up just sitting around. I don’t want to hold onto stuff forever if I’m not using it, so being able to pass it on through Provision Consignment Group is fantastic. It’s always a bit of a treasure hunt, and while my experiences have been great, there’s always room for a bit more sparkle or smoother transactions...

I keep coming back to Provision Consignment Group because they’re hands-down the best consignment service around! I’m a stickler for great customer service, and PCG really nails it. Their selection is top-notch, and they’ve got a knack for picking out what’s going to fly off the shelves. Plus, they’re open to showcasing some of those one-of-a-kind items that you wouldn’t find just anywhere. It’s always a smooth experience, and their approach makes them stand out from the rest.

Easy Experience Consigning
Initially, it felt a bit odd handling everything online and over the phone without seeing things in person. There was definitely some unease... But, Provision Consignment Group quickly put my worries to rest. The inspection, registration, and overall transaction went off without a hitch. They kept me in the loop and reassured me throughout the process. We ended up with an Airstream Bambi, and it’s been perfect – exactly what we wanted. We're loving it. Honestly, I’d do it all over again. They’re genuinely good folks!

I just wrapped up a deal with Provision Consignment Group, and honestly, without their amazing team, it wouldn't have happened. Picture this: the boat was in Key West, FL, the seller was in Kentucky, and I’m up in North Carolina. You'd think it would be a logistical nightmare, right? But PCG handled it like pros. They’ve clearly done this a million times before. Every step, from offers to counteroffers, was managed smoothly and professionally. They kept everything on track and, incredibly, we went from my initial offer to me holding the finalized closing documents in just about two weeks! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Talk about a stress-free experience!
Selling my Class B motorhome on my own was a nightmare – endless phone calls, emails, and showings, with nothing to show for it but frustration. After two serious buyers fell through, I was ready to give up until spring. Then, I started getting emails from Provision Consignment Group, which I ignored until my wife convinced me to give them a shot. I signed up, they picked up the motorhome, and within a week, they had a potential buyer lined up. They even arranged for the buyer to inspect it at the storage facility. The buyer made a solid offer, and after 10 days, the funds were in my account. Talk about a stress-free experience!

I was glad to have PCG in my corner
At first, I wasn’t sure why I needed a broker, but as things unfolded, I was glad to have PCG in my corner. They made everything go smoothly, and now I have a fantastic UTV to show for it. My wife and I were really bummed when our old one got stolen, but PCG helped us get a newer Polaris Ranger. We’re excited to hit the trails with it and make new memories. Big thanks to PCG for turning things around for us!

I'll definitely keep using Provision Consignment Group
I've been taking stuff to Provision Consignment Group since last spring, and it’s been a great experience every time. I've made several trips, and they’ve always been courteous and super helpful. A bunch of my items have sold at fair prices, which has made me really happy. The staff is selective about what they accept, which means they only take things that will be valuable to the next owner. I'll definitely keep using Provision Consignment Group.

1st time consigning!
We're thrilled with the service from Provision Consignment Group. Dave was fantastic—he really had our backs in finding the perfect price for selling our jet skis. The communication was spot-on; we were always in the loop thanks to timely emails. The online system was a easy to navigate, and they handled the closing process with impressive organization.
